Breckenridge has been working on plans for the design of the Gondola parking lot. The town is in early stages of a “Grand Hotel” design which would also include additional garages, commercial and residential space for this 28 acre parcel. The town also plans to have an historic display of Locomotive #9 which ran in the town from 1884 to 1937. For more info see the Summit Daily article.
